The thin profile means better cornering clearance and a lower center of gravity on the bike, while the open center between the binding cages increases mud shedding ability.\nSHIFT Gravity Clipless Pedals have adjustable Q factor in 4mm increments. Inside the pedal is a stainless steel axle, three bearings, and two spacers. Spacers and bearings can be rearranged for Q factors of 51, 55, or 59mm. A spacer kit including four 2mm spacers is available for purchase to further fine tune Q factor adjustment. This is simple enough for anyone to do at home.
