ALL ROAD DEFINED Performance and versatility, for long rides or over roads less traveled. All Road or Endurance, call it what you want. The Fray is for riders who want speed, versatility, and max performance – infused with a World Tour pedigree and a call for exploration.
PERFORMANCE GEOMETRY: The Fray geometry is optimized around 31 to 35mm tires, though it can fit up to 40mm. Combined with progressive endurance geometry and the ENVE Cargo Bay for in-frame downtube storage, the Fray brings road race performance to those seeking a wider range of surfaces and terrain.
IN-ROUTE SYSTEM: Hidden hoses and wires are the name of the game when it comes to the modern bicycle. ENVE’s IN-Route System is designed to hide hoses and wires from the wind, improving the bike’s aero performance with a practical and user-friendly solution. This doesn’t come at the expense of limiting drivetrain options – the Fray is compatible with most drivetrain brands, models, and configurations on the market.
ENVE CARGO BAY SYSTEM: Borrowing from the MOG, the Fray also features ENVE’s Cargo Bay, an integrated downtube storage solution that makes efficient use of unused space for stashing your flat tire repair kit, windbreaker, or anything else you choose to carry. Under the Cargo Door, two Cargo Bags allow for 36 cubic inches/0.6 liters of storage. It’s a fast and simple storage solution that can be appreciated by racers and adventurers alike.
RIDER SPECIFIC FIT AND TUNE: At the foundation of performance is bike fit and geometry. If those two fundamentals are not established, all the engineering wizardry and space age materials in the world won’t save your ride. You need an optimized fit and tuned geometry to give you the confidence and comfort needed to reach your performance potential. Offered in seven sizes with four fork rakes and giving you the opportunity to choose your bar model, bar width, stem length, stem rise, seatpost length and offset, the Fray has your ideal fit in mind. This ensures that all Frays, regardless of size, will deliver the same level of responsive, confidence inspiring handling required from a performance all road bike.

HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
- Just click on the product or collection of your choice, click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add it to your cart and this will show up in the right hand corner of the website.
- Agree to the Terms of Service.
- You can leave special instructions or change the quantity you need.
- Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the personal information and payment page.
- Enter your email & delivery address.
- Choose a Shipping option and enter any discount codes or gift cards you may have.
- Finally Choose a Payment Option from Credit Card, Paypal, Zip or Afterpay and then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt.

We offer a range of payment options. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your visa, mastercard, or american express credit card details safely. You can also select if you would like to pay by Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. With Paypal, Zip, or Afterpay you will be directed to their secure sites.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We have a large range of products on our online store and not all these items are held in stock. Some items will be drop shipped from the New Zealand importer. If the importer is out of stock of your ordered item, we will notify you. If any items in your order are out of stock you will have the option to backorder until the item arrives, have part delivery of your order or cancel the entire order. Note: you will only be charged for items sent to you.
Items are generally shipped within 3 days of placing your order. We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand and delivery usually takes around 1 week. Delivery costs are calculated when you confirm your order. We offer freight free ordering on all packages over $99+. If your order is under $99 we charge a flat rate of $9 for North Island. $12 for South Island, Waiheke Island and Rural delivery and $25 for Bike Frames/ Bikes or extra large/ heavy orders. We review these charges from time to time and the checkout system will reflect the current freight charge.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@veloworkshop.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7c Empire Street, WKO, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand.
If your return is accepted, excluding incorrectly ordered items we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@veloworkshop.co.nz.
