ENGINEERED TO PERFECTION Wolf Tooth Ripsaw Aluminum Pedals feature a slim, lightweight design with a slight convex profile. The large, asymmetric machined aluminum platform provides strong foot support for all-mountain riding, while the thin convex profile is just 7mm thick at the leading edge. These are designed for cyclists who prefer a mid-foot riding position, where the ball of the foot is in front of the pedal spindle and the arch of the foot aligns with the convex arch in the center of the pedal. Inside Ripsaw Aluminum Pedals is a 17-4 stainless steel axle, three sealed cartridge bearings, and one igus bushing with a custom radial seal to protect internal components from trail debris and dirt. PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS: Ripsaw pedals are 12.5mm thick in the center and just 7mm thick in the front and rear edges. This convex profile is supportive and comfortable for all riders, while performing exceptionally well for riders who prefer pedaling with a mid-foot position or for shoes that do not have much structure or support. Each side of the pedal has 12 stainless steel rear-loading 4.5mm pins for loads of traction. An additional six 4.5mm pins ship with the pedal. Shorter 3mm pins are available as replacement parts to customize the convexity of the pedal; by installing shorter pins on the edges, the convex profile is emphasized. The slight convex profile of the pedal body is tallest at the pedal spindle. The shape then tapers toward each edge from there. This profile aligns perfectly with the arch of your foot and provides a strong platform for power transfer. Each Ripsaw Aluminum Pedal body begins as a billet of raw aluminum. After 37 minutes in our CNC mills, the result is a beautifully crafted pedal body that is ready for anodizing and assembly. If you’re a nerd for machining, you’ll appreciate the intricate gradients and machine paths. Three (3) low-friction, fully sealed cartridge bearings and one (1) igus bushing with a custom radial seal protecting internal components against trail debris, ensuring trouble free performance in all riding conditions. HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
- Just click on the product or collection of your choice, click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add it to your cart and this will show up in the right hand corner of the website.
- Agree to the Terms of Service.
- You can leave special instructions or change the quantity you need.
- Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the personal information and payment page.
- Enter your email & delivery address.
- Choose a Shipping option and enter any discount codes or gift cards you may have.
- Finally Choose a Payment Option from Credit Card, Paypal, Zip or Afterpay and then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your visa, mastercard, or american express credit card details safely. You can also select if you would like to pay by Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. With Paypal, Zip, or Afterpay you will be directed to their secure sites.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We have a large range of products on our online store and not all these items are held in stock. Some items will be drop shipped from the New Zealand importer. If the importer is out of stock of your ordered item, we will notify you. If any items in your order are out of stock you will have the option to backorder until the item arrives, have part delivery of your order or cancel the entire order. Note: you will only be charged for items sent to you.
Items are generally shipped within 3 days of placing your order. We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand and delivery usually takes around 1 week. Delivery costs are calculated when you confirm your order. We offer freight free ordering on all packages over $99+. If your order is under $99 we charge a flat rate of $9 for North Island. $12 for South Island, Waiheke Island and Rural delivery and $25 for Bike Frames/ Bikes or extra large/ heavy orders. We review these charges from time to time and the checkout system will reflect the current freight charge.
If you wish to pick up from our store, please select this option at checkout and you will not be charged a delivery fee. Our store is located at: 11 Kent Street, Frankton, Hamilton.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@veloworkshop.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11 Kent Street, WKO, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@veloworkshop.co.nz.
